Entry Terms & Conditions

• The awards are open to any business located in the North of the UK (Midlands to Scotland)

• If you are unable to make card payment at the time of online entry an alternative payment must be received within 10 days of entering or by the awards entry deadline, whichever comes first.
  NB. Only after payment has been received will entries be presented to the Judges.

• There is no limit to the number of entries made by one company.

• Entry fees are charged per category entered for each individual project entered and are non-refundable.

• Entries must be made online using the official entry form. Entries will not be accepted by post or by other means.

• Jazz Events accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items provided in support of entries (samples, discs, brochures). Materials sent to us may not be returned.

• Any design or project which has previously been submitted cannot be entered into future Northern Design Awards.

• All projects entered must be completed within the last 2 years.

• By submitting entry details (ie: imagery, text, quotes, supporting literature and documentation) you give freely your permission for Jazz Events to utilise these as they so wish to advertise, promote and report on the event, both on the Northern Design Awards website and in appropriate publications.
